Matt built his first home at the age of 18. Since then, he has completed over 150 building projects ranging from custom homes in Alaska to a 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Buena Vista. He has swung hammers, started businesses, and served as an executive during his time in the construction industry.
Matt started S2 Builders with a desire to understand and meet his client’s unique project goals. His vast experience and steady leadership are central to making that happen. When you work with S2 Builders, Matt will creatively solve your project dilemmas and cultivate a lasting relationship along the way.
Equipped with nearly two decades of building experience, Quinn has a passion for the field of construction and the building experience.
Quinn started S2 Builders with a desire to assemble a team that exemplifies professionalism to the client. He believes that a successful project is reflected in the sum of all the talented contributions made along the way. Zach is a process-driven Project Manager who excels at turning complexity into clarity. With a strong background in operations, project coordination, and supply chain management, he brings structure and efficiency to every phase of a build. His ability to distill moving parts into streamlined systems ensures projects stay on track, on budget, and on point.
Clients and team members alike appreciate Zach’s personable approach, attention to detail, and calm leadership style. He’s a natural communicator who keeps projects moving forward while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
Rex is a seasoned Project Manager with more than a decade of experience leading high-end residential construction. A former Army Officer, he brings discipline, focus, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every project. His leadership style is marked by clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong sense of accountability.
Rex is passionate about building custom homes that reflect the vision and priorities of each client. His depth of knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to quality make him a trusted guide from project kickoff through final delivery.
Christian is a hands-on Project Manager known for his proactive leadership and sharp attention to detail. With a well-rounded background in commercial and residential construction—and early roots in hospitality—he approaches each project with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on client experience.
On-site, Christian brings clear direction and steady momentum to the day-to-day. His approachable style, combined with a knack for anticipating needs and staying ahead of potential issues, creates a collaborative environment where great work can happen.
