Our primary focus is on custom residential projects, but our team is equipped with a depth of experience in both commercial and development projects. We’re always happy to talk about how S2 Builders could help execute your vision.

Cost depends on a lot of variables: the scope, the finishes, and your overall goals. While most of our projects have a construction budget of $1M+, we start every conversation by understanding what matters most to you and working to align your priorities with a responsible budget.

Every build is different, but the active construction phase for most custom homes last 12–18 months. That timeline depends on project complexity, permitting, and decisions made along the way. We do everything we can to set realistic expectations upfront—and to keep things moving once we start.

We don’t design homes ourselves, but we regularly collaborate with architects. If you don’t have one yet, we’re happy to recommend someone who fits your vision and budget.

We don’t limit ourselves to a single style. Instead, we collaborate with your architect or designer to bring your vision to life—whether that’s mountain modern, rustic lodge, or something in between. Our role is to build with excellence, no matter the aesthetic.
